Welcome to Faith Church Singapore (FCS)

At our church, we hope that through His Word and by His Spirit, and through the fellowship of the saints you will get to know and experience the Heavenly Father’s unfailing love for you.

John 1:17 (AMP)
17 For while the Law was given through Moses, grace (unearned, undeserved favor and spiritual blessing) and truth came through Jesus Christ.

By our Father’s Grace, we endeavour to teach His Word of Truth that Faith be imparted to your life. Then through Faith you may access His Grace all the time for yourself and for others, thus helping you to develop spiritually and helping your faith grow exceedingly.

The Heavenly Father has given FCS this mandate, that is, “Prayer is Our Mission.” Through prayer we hope that you will fulfill the destiny that our Father God’s unfailing love has planned for you.

I pray that FCS will be a blessing to you. Let us help you fulfill this unique plan that God has for your life.
May our Heavenly Father’s Unfailing Love pour out His abundance of Grace upon you!

Daniel was a young man when King Nebuchadnezzar captured the Israelites and brought them into exile in Babylon. He lived through a few kings, and was about 84 years old when King Cyrus ruled. Daniel was a young man when King Nebuchadnezzar captured the Israelites and brought them into exile in Babylon. He lived through a few kings, and was about 84 years old when King Cyrus ruled. One day, Daniel had a vision.

Daniel 10:1-2 (NLT)
1 In the third year of the reign of King Cyrus of Persia, Daniel (also known as Belteshazzar) had another vision. He understood that the vision concerned events certain to happen in the future—times of war and great hardship.
2 When this vision came to me, I, Daniel, had been in mourning for three whole weeks.

When we receive such a vision of hardship, what do we do? God gives us a vision for a purpose. Ask ourselves what the Word of God says in the vision. What does the Heavenly Father want us to do? Always take the Word of the Lord seriously in our hearts. If we have the grace, then fast and pray like Daniel did.

Daniel humbled before God, fasted and prayed for understanding of the vision, for twenty-one days. And an archangel appeared and spoke to him.

Daniel 10:12 (NLT) Then he said, “Don’t be afraid, Daniel. Since the first day you began to pray for understanding and to humble yourself before your God, your request has been heard in heaven. I have come in answer to your prayer.

The first day Daniel prayed, his prayer was heard and answered. Our prayer is the same, the moment we pray, God hears and answers our prayer instantly. Faith in prayer knows the Father hears and answers immediately. Then we wait in faith for the answers to come. When God gives us a vision, He will provide us with the understanding. If we set our hearts in prayer for understanding; it will come.

Daniel 10:13-14 (NLT)
13 But for twenty-one days the spirit prince of the kingdom of Persia blocked my way. Then Michael, one of the archangels, came to help me, and I left him there with the spirit prince of the kingdom of Persia.
14 Now I am here to explain what will happen to your people in the future, for this vision concerns a time yet to come.”

The spirit prince of the kingdom of Persia was not a man, but a demonic power which influenced the prince of the kingdom of Persia, to control it. This demonic power blocked the archangel for twenty-one days, from coming through to Daniel with a message from God, concerning the future of Israel.

But Daniel continued to fast and pray. He was determined to get an understanding from God who gave him the vision concerning the times of war and great hardship in the future. He prayed till the archangel came through to him.

Prayer opens the way for the angel to come through to reveal the future to us. Prayer also sends forth angels to make way for us to walk into the future.

We must pray the angels through, like Daniel did. Daniel prayed the angel through, once he received the vision concerning the future, which would be a time of hardship and suffering.

Here are the crucial points of prayer; we pray through:

1. Till we hear from God
2. Till the situation changes
3. Till the burden lifts

There is a war going on in the heavens. We need to pray the angels through for various assignments.

PROMPT TO OBEY AND DO HIS WORD When the Lord speaks to us to do something, or when the Word of God instructs us, and we obey Him promptly, then we are not giving the devil time to speak to our minds, to contradict what the Lord is saying. We are also not giving time for doubters, and negative people, who try to put thoughts into our minds to sway us from obeying and doing what the Lord tells us.By doing the Word of God, we do not give the devil time to plant thoughts that will sway us from walking by faith.Hebrews 3:1,2,5,7,8,15 (NLT)1 …think carefully about this Jesus whom we declare to be God’s messenger [Apostle] and High Priest.2 For he was faithful to God, who appointed him…5 Moses was certainly faithful in God’s house as a servant…7 That is why the Holy Spirit says, “Today when you hear his voice,8 don’t harden your hearts15 Remember what it says: “Today when you hear his voice, don’t harden your hearts as Israel did when they rebelled.”Jesus was faithful, and Moses was faithful. Why were they considered faithful? Because when they heard God the Father’s voice, they obeyed and did promptly. They avoided the hardening of their hearts. Harden means to be stubborn and obstinate, especially with regards to the truth. The dictionary meaning of obstinate is, “stubbornly refusing to change one’s opinion or chosen course of action, despite attempts to persuade one to do so.” God’s voice could not persuade the Israelites in the wilderness to go into Canaan, the promised land. When we hear His voice, the moment the Holy Spirit speaks in our spirit, we obey Him. We decide with our will to do what we just heard - whatever He says. By doing so, we do not give time for the devil to persuade us. Our protection against the oppression of the devil is not to give him time and space to deceive our minds with his lies. We also do not give others the opportune time to contradict the Word of the Lord spoken to us. And stop others from being used by the devil to deceive us with the devil’s lies. Our strategy against the devil is to keep the hedge of protection over our minds by not giving the devil time and space to put his deceiving thoughts and lies in our minds. Rev.
