Receiving A Miracle from Jesus ( Part 1)

Jesus was invited to a wedding feast in Cana where He turned water into wine. Jesus came by Cana again on His way back to His hometown, Nazareth. There, a royal official who came all the way from Capernaum, had faith that Jesus could heal his son. His son was healed, and it was only the second miracle Jesus performed.

In Capernaum, Jesus and His disciples went into the synagogue to preach. There, Jesus delivered a demon-possessed man. Jesus also went to Peter’s home and healed his mother-in-law of fever.

A leper wasn’t sure Jesus was willing to heal him, but he had to make a decision to approach Jesus humbly to find out. To receive the best from the Lord, we cannot be passive. Our faith must be active. These people all looked for Jesus and turned to Jesus. They approached Jesus with certainty of what they wanted.

Healing will draw many people to Jesus. Jesus went about teaching, preaching, and healing. It is important that the church believes Jesus heals.

Many came to hear, not only just to be healed and go away without any knowledge of the truth. Knowing the truth is crucial for keeping sickness away. The truth you know will help keep sickness away.

Even though Jesus had such great success in His ministry, He frequently withdrew Himself into the wilderness to rest and pray.

A prayer life is necessary for our success. We pray to know and to embark on the Heavenly Father’s plan for us. We pray as we continue to walk out His plan, and we pray when we are successful in our lives because of His plan.
